MB.sequence and XOR.sequence now return a wrapped iterator
- to get a MB or XOR of the container
  - MB.sequence(list_of_mb).map(list)
  - XOR.sequence(ca_of_mb).map(CA)
- eliminates runtime polymorphism
- TODO: don’t force a full evaluation
Also noticed MB and XOR still have camelCase APIs

  - avoid using these methods in pure code
